It's good to be back!

Well here we are half way through May already and I am so pleased to say that I am back and have new dates out today!! After having to take an enforced break due to health issues back in March it has been a a very tricky last few months and being totally transparent, I've been on a real rollercoaster of emotions. I think what I have learnt most from this time is that when there really is nothing you can do to change things acceptance is the only way.......it took a while for me to get there but once I did finally accept my situation at having to put my love of sharing sound on hold and take a break, it did actually then become easier and I felt more able to use my time wisely, in both resting and recuperating and just taking time to think and assess where I was in all areas of my life.....I also used the time to do some studying and have completed a course in Trauma Informed Therapy which has been very worthwhile and interesting.... oh and lots and lots of reading, my favourite thing to do, and if it's anything to do with sound, frequency and vibration, then even better!

If I'm being honest this break also came at a particularly hard time for me as everywhere I looked I seemed to see more people locally starting to offer what I was (even in the same venue/space) and I couldn't help but feel concerned that I may somehow lose what I have spent so long building..........but I truly couldn't be more thrilled by the response I have already had today from so many booking in and I realize that 'my tribe will always find me' and there is plenty of room for what everyone has to offer (although again this part took a while to accept!)

So I just want to say a heartfelt thank you for all the love and support you have given and continue to give me, a big thanks to all those who have already booked in today and I really can't wait to be back out there sharing my passion and love for Sound with you all!
