New Year Intentions

Happy New Year to all my lovely clients both old and new! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas time and 2019 is treating you well so far. Personally I have spent the first part of this new year being gentle with myself, reflecting on both the good and not so good of 2018 and setting some personal intentions for the year ahead. From a business point of view one of those intentions is to update my website/FB page on a more regular basis - hence the post! On a more personal level I have quite a few, ranging from simply drinking more water daily to having a bash at painting with acrylics! Plus lots more in between!! Have you set your intentions yet?!?

In other news I have recently teamed up with the lovely Jane from West Coast Reiki and am now part of a monthly Reiki Share. It is held on the first Monday evening of every month and is a lovely evening of sharing beautiful healing Reiki energy and is open to anyone with Reiki training from Level 1 to Master. if you would like any further information please don't hesitate to give me a call.

Also after much deliberation I have made the decision to increase treatment prices a little. Not a huge increase but I have just bought myself more in line with other therapists locally. Hopefully you will understand and feel the service you get is worth it as I assure you I put my all into each and every treatment I do!
