Myfanwy Wurzel's Mermaids!!

Last night I had the absolute pleasure of holding a Gong Immersion for a lovely group of friends who all enjoy coldwater swimming and call themselves 'Myfanwy Wurzel's Mermaids! Franki (or Myfanwy!), who has attended previous events with me asked if I could hold a private Gong Immersion for them as part of a wellness/relaxation get together and so we did!

It was a fabulous evening and, as most of them also work for the NHS, was a perfect time for them to really switch off and enjoy some much needed down time.
